Possible Diverticuli: Abdominal pain with rectal bleeding is serious. There may be many causes , most common is called diverticulitis ( infection and inflammation of diverticuli), anyhow you need to go to hospital, probably stay in intravenous fluids and antibiotics, also get a colonoscopy. Don't procrastinate before you lose more blood and get peritonitis(rupture if diverticuli ).Somtomes it's life threatening.
