Would a small dose of estrace (estradiol) used internally two times a week be considered safe for someone who has had a full liver transplant?

You need to ask your: Liver transpalnt doc or the doc who is taking care of u know that ?, you are right 90%+ would stay in the vagina, but they would have to decide if the 10% of the small dose is too much to go into your circulation.
