Either way: For convenience purpose one would take the Estrace (estradiol) by mouth only once daily - however, it is O.K. to experiment, and if it turns out that taking the Estrace (estradiol) every 12 hours works better for you in terms of alleviating your symptoms more effectively, then taking it every 12 hours is O.K.
