Mainly diet: Treating gastroparesis by identifying and treating the underlying condition. If diabetes is causing your gastroparesis, better conrol of diabetes.Smaller meals more frequently.Low-fiber forms of high-fiber foods, well-cooked fruits and vegetables rather than raw fruits and vegetables.Avoid fibrous fruits and vegetables, such as oranges and broccoli, soups pureed foods.Medications reglan, (metoclopramide) erythromycin.
