Aphthous\Canker?: It is impossible to know what it is without actually personally examining you. Stress (which is likely in your case) along with local trauma or irritation commonly causes aphthous ulcers also know as canker sores. If you want to know for sure what it is and how best to treat it, you will need to consult with a dentist.(or physician).
