Maybe?: Your question is confusing. Muscle confusion in relation to what? Maybe you're referring to the idea that exercising certain muscle groups in various, changing patterns in order to "confuse" muscles to better enhance gains in muscle strength and size? I may have read something about that. My understanding is that changing up one's exercise patterns is a good thing to do.

Muscle confusion: An old exercise technique from the 1980's , whose purpose is to strengthen the muscles, by applying different intensity strain during exercise.
