Get blood test.: If you have a garlic odor on your breath, gastrointestinal disturbance, and issues like sloughing of your nails, and overall fatigue and irritability, you must see your doctor/go to the er as soon as you can as these are signs of this poisoning. You might even have a deficiency in this or in calcium, which can explain your muscle jerks. Please see your doctor asap for a blood test and work-up.
