Get checked: Persistent severe , stabbing headache and numbness warrants an immediate emergency room referral and evaluation. Please call 911 and go to the emergency room.

Severe dizziness to the point i feel its about to knock me out for a year now. Just recently started stabbing pains in different spots of brain and behind right eye. Pain in neck and burning sensation in back of head. What can be the problem?
