Stye: Most likely a stye or hordeolum. A blocked/inflammed gland along the lower lid eyelashes. Use warm,moist compress to the area as often as possible. May use acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain. If no better or worse over next 7 to 7 days see doctor. Best of luck with this. Dr. R
