Dr last month i did pelvic scan. it shows endometrium 1.2cm. weather it is normal. please explain. it is gud r bad?

Endometrial thicknes: If you are ovulating and maybe the scan was done during mid- late cycle this finding is normal. If you are not menstruating regularly or not at all this findiing is not normal and needs to be evaluated further. If you are having irregular heavy menses you may need a sonohysterogram(ultrasound with saline infused in the uterus) to ascertain the prescence or abscence of polyp or myoma in the cavity.
