Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) / Hemmorhoid: As you know, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is an adhd drug. This drug class often acts as a stimulant. It can result in anxiety, irritability, insomnia, and such, and these factors may lead to you feeling tired and frustrated, which can lead to you being emotionally upset. The hemorrhoid will likely get better on its own if you keep your bms soft and regular. If not, have it checked to rule out anything else.

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) ; hemorroids: Funny how a headshrinker has to know about the other end. Vyvanse, (lisdexamfetamine) used for adhd increases norepinephrine and Dopamine which can make someone more anxious (thus tearful) but also cause constipation (and potentially hemorrhoids). Untreated, hemorrhoids can bleed and contribute to anemia and fatigue. More fiber and water esp while on stimulants is in order.
