How can hydrogen peroxide soothe an earache?

Earache: Possibly. If the ache is due to wax impaction then it can help. Also if a low grade infection, but i recommend having someone look before you decide on doing that. If you have a hole in your eardrum, peroxide is unpleasant.

Best way to treat earache immeditely and soothe pain is with heat. Make a hardboiled egg, place it in a clean sock, knot the sock and hold to ear.
