I hate peroxide : As a rule i tell my patients to 100% leave their ears alone. Qtips and peroxide should never be used in the ear. Both cause far more problems than they solve. In your case the skin of your right ear may have been inflamed and the peroxide made it worse or you might have had a small hole in your eardrum and the peroxide got into your middle ear space. Do nothing more to your ear and see a doctor.
