Hard to do...NO: You use your chest pectoral muscles to do pushup and many if not all the muscles in your hand, forearm and arm. These muscles are firing jsut to keep your arm, elbow wrist and fingers in balance, much as all the muscles of you rack, core and lower limb are active when walking. If you have aninjury, deficit or disability talk to your doctor, trainer, therapist for possible alternatives.
