See below: The head and neck has a very rich network of lymph nodes. Most are in the neck around the jugular vein, but extend down to the collar bone and are also under the jaw. Nodes may be found in front or behind the ear and occasionally in the very back of the neck (occipital). There are may other places that noses rarely show up (in the face for example.).
