Is it normal to feel small movable lymph nodes on the back of 3 yo head? he has several and has always had them. should i be concerned?

Not uncommon: Lymph nodes at the back of a child's head is not uncommon. Inflammation or even dry skin can lead to this. Your child should be seen by the pediatrician if the become larger (>1cm), inflamed, painful to touch or if other symptoms like fever develop.
