What's the best multi vitamin to take if you have no thyroid gland?

Any. MVT choice OTC.: Absent thyroid surgically or by other means like radioactive iodine therapy , is not affected by the choice of multivitamin. Thyroid is ahormone and when in less quantity you need supplements with thyroid preparation like synthroid/levoxyl , most of the sometime and armor thyroid in very few patients when T3 (liothyronine) is less , where as commonly T4 is less. Multivitamin choice doesn't affect thyroid function.
