Need evaluation: Without an examination by a health professional, we can't be sure what is swollen in your neck: glands underneath the jaw, lymph nodes, thyroid, ?. Certainly feeling pressure "in base of neck front' suggests the thyroid. How the "popping feeling" factors in when you swallow also needs evaluation.
