You can no diagnose: Can not find the cause of enlarge heart on chest xray you need a history, physical exam for any murmur, BP check, you may have to do ekg, echcardiogram etc to find the exact cause.Enlarge heart can be due to 1 hypertension 2valvular heart disease 3 cardiomyopathy 4ischemic heart disease 5congenital heart disease 6pulmonary hypertension 7anemia 8thyroid disease 9 hemochromatosis 10arrythmias 11amyloi.
