i have an annoying bump next to nose piercing that keeps changing. what could this be?

Get it medically : Checked. Need to know if this nose piercing was through the septum (cartilage) or through nares tissue.There can be complications with both - but extremely serious ones with septal piercings.

Septal piercing?: Perichondritis can occur with septal piercing. Keloid scar may develop with piercing. Recommend evaluation by dermatologist at this time.
