See an OB/GYN: And if this does not work, a sex therapist. You may be having problems with lubrication, rough sex, inadequate pre-coital stimulation, or other issues. Impossible to tell without thorough history and physical exam. This is quite disturbing and hope it is worked out soon. Good luck.
