See surgeon 4 cyst: This could be an inclusion cyst or secondary abscess. In any event it should likely be drained with possible antibiotic treatment followed by staged excision and therapeutic purposes. It could be a variety of other lesions including a recurrence of original lesion oralignant degeneration albeit unlikely.
