Sometimes: Sometimes, there hasn't been enough time to recuperate from the first pregnancy's loss of red blood cells (anemia), and nourishing nutrients to allow the pregnancy to continue. The second concern is genetic, as the first egg out of the box post abortion may not be the selection that has the full complement of genetic material to avoid miscarriage.
