A member asked:

Why would a person's pupils stay constricted, i.e., not reactive to light? no medicinal changes have been made, and there has been no trauma.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not a problem: It would likely depend on if this is something new (acute) or has been present for a long time. As long as they are equal in size that is ok. Pupils will be smaller in bright sunlight than in a dimly lite room.
