A member asked:

Do you know anyone with narcolepsy that is physically fit and maintains that shape? is it possible for people with narcolepsy to be physically fit?

Sure: There is nothing about narcolepsy that would prevent someone from becoming physically fit, unless the fear of sleep attacks or cataplexy prohibited exercise. Since in the vast majority of cases, meds exist to control the disorder, no problem with following healthy diet and an exercise program.
