I have a bite on the lower part of my stomach. it is red around the bite with a black dot in the middle. what could it be?

Infected skin cyst?: I don't know what is meant by bite. But a black dot in the middle with sorrounding redness could be from a infected skin cyst called sebacious/epidermal cyst. If very small it could be an acne , as it can come in hairy areas close to lower abdomen. Don't squeeze it as it can cause more infection. Redness indication of inflammation and possible infection. As the size is not clearly statted, go to pcp.
