would any rheumatologist ever suggest enbrel (etanercept) to a patient who doesn't have rheumatoid arthritis, anspon, juvenile or psoriatic arthritis? serious drug

Yes: Enbrel (etanercept) does have value in other disorders so I have recommended its use in diseases not on your list.

As regards your follow up question, I have no idea why Enbrel was recommended unless you know the specific diagnosis for which it was prescribed. When in doubt, get another opinion.
