Not really!: If the rash worsens, you can alleviate it with some otc stuff like triple butt paste? Dr smiths rash cream or even aquaphor! just letting it air out and not wiping too rough will ease the rash! once your back to uourhometown , a PO Nystatin or Diflucan (fluconazole) by your md will cure it fast! regards!

Sounds like: The diaper area is getting more irritated and excoriated the ph is becoming acidic . Continue your Nystatin , go get some maalox suspension and apply on the affected areas to offset the acid. You'll be amazed to see the healing and soothing power of the antacid! also try to use cool water in wiping instead of warm or hot water because it stings !
