Allergic Reaction: Bug bites are allergic reactions, usually an allergic reaction to the saliva of the insect. All things being equal, if you get more of a reaction than others around you, that probably indicates that you have greater allergic sensitivity to the bug bite. Bug bites can also get infected and also cause swelling and for the bite to feel hot. See your doctor if you have fever or pus from the bites.

Mosquitoes Bites: Mosquitoes do exhibit blood-sucking preferences, say the experts.
