What is the likely hood of a 1 month old catching croup from my 3 year old after 1 dose of steroids and 3 days of antibiotics?

Unlikely: Your 1mo likely has some antibody protection transferred in the placenta that will help avoid the germ. Try to practice good handwashing & other basic techniques that reduce germ spread.We seldom see symptomatic croup before 5-6m of age.
