Corrective wear...: ... Is the most important treatment. The eye needs to be looking through the best prescription. The other eye should be blocked (all under the guidance of your eye doctor). If there is a muscle imbalance (strabismus), glasses and surgery are the most effective treatments, but some eye exercises can be partially effective. All treatments should be watched by your eye doctor.

No exercises for Amb: I do not believe there are any exercises that will impact amblyopia. If it is diagnosed before age 5 patching or eyedrops to blur the "good" eye along with any necessary muscle surgery can be beneficial.

One common finding with blepharitis is that the eyes will both look and feel worse in the morning because the bacteria have had a full overnite to grow and inflame the eye. If the eyes are redder at the end of the day, that is a hallmark of dry eye.
