Can an allergic reaction to food affect my unborn child? i am 36 weeks pregnant.

Depends: It depends on the type of allergic reaction. Mild reactions like a small rash are not likely to cause a problem for the baby. Severe reactions ( like anaphylaxis) which cause breathing problems can be a very dangerous for mom and baby. If you are having any allergic reaction contact your md to be sure.
