I have white stuff on my vulva that accumulates every day, i can scrape it off and it sort of looks like wet toilet paper; it comes back the next day.?

Couple of things: Skin from the area can accumumlate with oil from the skin and create and whitish creamy substance much like the vernix on a newborn baby. Vaginal discharge can accumulate outside also in the same fashion.

Candida: This seems to be candida infection or other cause, should be seen by gynecologist, is there use of recent antibiotics or history of dm? Per vaginal exam necessary to rule out other vaginitis or other cause.
