Tingling.: Two things to investigate. Whenever facial tingling is involved, you should always be fearful of a stroke. More likely though, you may upper cervical spine pressure, above the fusion, pressing on the spinal cord. There is a small nucleus there called the trigeminal nucleus, that can cause facial tingling. Have your surgeon investigate this. Good luck.

See a neurologist: This is not directly related to your spine surgery but may be related to the underlying reason why you needed the surgery in the first place or it may be totally unrelated but needs to be evaluated in either case. You need a through evaluation from neurologic and cardiovascular standpoints.
