Nerve pain: Yes any of these can if there is pressure on the nerve. This causes the nerve to malfunction so that touch, cold, heat, pressure feel very different and can be very painful.

Maybe: The back of the head is innervated by the greater occipital nerve that arises between the first and second vertebra. While arthritis in that area can irritate that nerve and cause pain, it is quite rare.
