Add or Subtract: Hi you can either add a medication that will increase your concentration such as adderall, or decrease your dosage and see if that helps. Many people report problems with Lamictal at dosages of 200. If the problems are worse than the issues they are intended to solve, you may want to consider changing medications for mood stability. Abilify (aripiprazole) may work for you with fewer side effects for example.
