How can you tell the difference between hemorrhoids and skin tags?

Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids are usually ingorge blood vessels that can get bigger and smaller. They can bleed, cause pain and irritation and discharge. Skin tags usually stay the same size and don't cause any symptoms.
