There can be a : There may be a relationship between the chronic back pain directly or indirectly. Issues like ovarian cysts, endometriosis and even fibroids can have presentations as back pain. Indirectly, the psychological changes that can be measured on specific testing techniques on people who have had pain for 6 months or longer are apparent and this can also be a factor
