Alcohol/uncooked foo: Avoid the following in pregnancy: unpasteurized dairy products/juices, undercooked meats (including poultry/fish), alcohol, excessive fish consumption (no more than twice weekly), taking into account fda recommendations regarding specific fish content in methylmercury (in general avoid large fish). Be careful about fresh fruit/salads - they must be washed thoroughly by someone you trust.
