Why is epinefrine contraindicated in pregnant women?

Not true: It isn't contraindicated but the usefulness of this drug is pregnancy is very limited and there are alternatives. It is used in small amounts during pregnancy for dental work. It could be used for a severe allergic reaction called anaphylaxis.
