Epinephrine injectio: Lidocaine and Epinephrine are often injected together. "Lidocaine is contraindicated in patients with a known history of hypersensitivity to local anesthetics of the amide type." See: http://www.drugs.com/pro/lidocaine-and-epinephrine-injection.html
