No it's dysmenorrhea: Pain is the most common symptom of dysmenorrhea. Although it's usually back, abdominal or pelvic pain. This is caused by production of prostaglandins in preparation for implanting a fertilized egg (whether it happens or not). Oral contraceptives, an ssri medication may help. See your gyn if your neck pains concern you.
