Headache: These could be menstrual related migraines, muscle tension headaches, or a combination of the two. Migraines in young women can often be due to estrogen fluctuations.

Dear Dr, I usually get PMS symptoms before my period such as sore breasts, cramps, but last month it was very strong. Also it was accompanied by headache that changed position in my head, random aches in my body(fingers, neck,shoulder) I have also noticed
