What is the cost of a cat scan?

Variable: There are two parts of the ct scan bill: technical fee for facility performing the study and professional for the physician interpreting the exam. The total amount depends on a number of factors: what needs to be imaged (one area of body or more than one), is contrast used, and even where studied done geographically. Shop around if this is an elective exam. Prices range from $200-3000 or more.
