What is the cause of menstrual cramps in virgins?

Dysmenorrhea: The causes are the same whether you are a virgin or not, although infection is less likely. Range from unknown to anatomical such as cervical problem, to pathological such as endometriosis or fibroids, to infection etc. It is also normal to have menstrual cramps. Ibuprofen or naprosyn (naproxen) work well for normal cramping.
