How long does it take for eczema to heal fully?

Avoid cause: Avoid any skin irritants ie harsh detergents, soaps, cleansers. Protect the skin with good moisturizing. You may need steroid ointments to clear active lesions . These should clear the lesions pretty fast say around a week with the good skin care but avoid eczema with good skin care.
