Hangover or migraine: Some migraine pts are sensitive to red wine, as just one food item that may provoke headaches. A hangover from too much alcohol is a different issue, and may need rehydration, antinausea approaches, etc. Your wine rxtn may be different with white wines, or even roses, and some european wines may be better tolerated than american due to different chemical makeups.

Drink less: See how that works. Also may want try a better wine. Sometimes caused by degradation products of alcohol that your body can't clear fast enough. Probably should get some liver function tests.
