Not allergy: Headache is not an allergic symptom. This is a common side effect of red wine. There is no way to treat this to prevent the headache; all you can do is avoid drinking it.

Not a true allergy: Red wine can trigger headaches by affecting blood vessels. It is not an allergic reaction as it is due to a non-immune mechanism, but you would still want to avoid it.
