A member asked:

Is red or white wine can cause headaches?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you suffer migraine headaches, and are in the 10-15% of migraineurs with food sensitivity reactions, the red wine is more commonly the headache trigger. But alcohol itself can be the trigger in some. Perhaps the worst offender is nitrite preservatives in cold cuts.
