A member asked:

Is there a way to watch tv without my eyes getting watery and strained?

Maybe: Sound like you may be suffering from dry eyes and a need for glasses. We hear of this complaint often since dry eyes are often worsened by computer or tv use. Try some artificial tears first and see your ophthalmologist for a check of glasses.

More breaks: Dry eye therapy -- eyes may dry out more while watching tv since there is a tendency to stare more and blink less, thus reflexive tearing can occur.
